Spirit calls what I do “Healing the soul’s voice to joyfully express its divine purpose.” This happens on many levels – physical, psychological, emotional, energetic and spiritual.
We all have old beliefs, stories, traumas and physical tensions that prevent us from fully using our whole voice – our soul’s voice. Mostly, we don’t even realize we’re holding our voices back.
Most of us only use a small part of our expressive capability. It’s like having only the small 8-crayon box of colors. I want you to have the LARGE box of 48, or even 64 colors to use. That is your birthright.
Your voice is your primary instrument of expression and connection. Every voice is UNIQUE. This work is always one-on-one so I can determine and address your personal path to vocal health and freedom of expression.
I have learned many skills as a professional singer, voice teacher, bodyworker, energy worker, and in the process of healing my own voice injury. Combined with my years of experience in bodywork, Biofield Tuning, CranioSacral Therapy, yoga, performance and teaching, these techniques allow me to do specialized work with the voice on all levels – physical, psychological, emotional, energetic and spiritual.
The Reclaim Your Authentic Voice program is 10 sessions designed to illuminate and shift your personal voice stories (the old belief systems you carry that cause you to hold your voice back in speaking and in singing) and release the tensions that prevent you from accessing and using your whole voice.
Single sessions are also available for speakers and singers.
