SoulCollage® is a process of creatively accessing our own inner wisdom developed by Seena Frost, and used by many thousands of people around the world.

Combining the ingredients of imagination and intuition with a few powerful, cut-out images, we create our own SoulCollage® cards. This fun and creative process and the resulting cards lead to surprising and delightful ways to help us explore our soul, our shadow, our in-born gifts – in short, our whole selves. As we speak from our cards, we are able to access our authentic voice in a powerful new way.

We consult our cards to access our intuition and inner wisdom, discover more about ourselves, and come into greater and greater wholeness. The cards have deep personal meaning, and can help with all life’s questions and transitions.

As a SoulCollage® Facilitator, I lead workshops and use the SoulCollage® process with my clients. As we explore reclaiming parts of yourself and bringing them back to into your voice, I may recommend that you make a card for an inner part or parts, then give them voice.  At the end of each workshop, we have a “gallery walk” to view the cards we’ve all made that day.

It is a very rich, soul-satisfying process that gives me great joy in my life, and I know it will for you, too. My clients love adding it to our work together.
