Reclaiming The Wise Woman Elder – Seesawing and Harmonizing

As I’m working on the Reclaiming The Wise Woman Elder – for the healing of Earth summit, I’m seesawing in between excitement and feeling like I’m fulfilling a big part of my mission – and feeling completely inadequate, overwhelmed, and hearing that voice that says, “Who am I to think I can do something this big?”

Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night with my mind racing. Sometimes I get a lot done. Sometimes I get nothing done, and let myself get drawn down the rabbit hole of the internet.

This being human thing – it’s not always easy, is it?

Okay, I remind myself. Time to remember all the tools you’ve learned. Get regular meditations back into the schedule. Get outside and talk to the trees. Use your essential oils to get back to sleep. This makes me mad!

I’m doing a lot of spiritual work these days, and this nonsense has to stop:

There’s a strong element in spirituality that calls for us to always be “in the light,” or “seek for the light.” We’re also constantly seeking for higher consciousness, which makes us think of going up. Up is light, and down is dark – or is it?

I think that misses the point of life here on Earth as human beings. Yes, we are of the light, and we are also of the Earth, and she sustains us. My own experience is teaching me that part of “higher” consciousness is honoring the dark and getting more connected to Mother Earth.

I LOVE SoulCollage®. It’s a wonderful way to access my inner wisdom and higher guidance – another way to connect with the voice of my soul.

Not only that, it’s FUN and CREATIVE – and there’s no way to “do it wrong.”

We collage our own cards and consult them. Because we made our own cards from images that called to us, and we give meaning to the cards, we are consulting our own inner wisdom – the voice of our soul – when we consult them.

SoulCollage® was created by Seena Frost in the 80’s, and the community of SoulCollage-ers and SoulCollage® Facilitators has been growing around the world ever since. Are You Suffering From A Support Deficiency?

Are you longing to become the woman you know in your bones you were born to be, yet feeling stuck? Are you struggling to create the life you most yearn for?

You may be suffering from a “support deficiency,” like my big dog, Pele, trying to sleep in the cat’s bed…

Think about an area of your life you are most wanting to manifest in, and answer these questions:

What are the current obstacles and challenges you’re facing?
How many other people in your life actually know about your deep desires in this area, and are supporting you in your vision?
How many people are supporting you to overcome the struggles and challenges in your way?
What resources have you accessed to help you achieve a breakthrough?

For many women, the answer to these questions is NOT MANY.

Women can have a great deal of trouble asking for and receiving support, not to mention actually investing in themselves by paying for support and mentoring.

I certainly did! I started making real breakthroughs when I started taking support seriously enough to invest in coaches and mentors.
