Reclaiming The Wise Woman Elder – Seesawing and Harmonizing

As I’m working on the Reclaiming The Wise Woman Elder – for the healing of Earth summit, I’m seesawing in between excitement and feeling like I’m fulfilling a big part of my mission – and feeling completely inadequate, overwhelmed, and hearing that voice that says, “Who am I to think I can do something this big?”

Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night with my mind racing. Sometimes I get a lot done. Sometimes I get nothing done, and let myself get drawn down the rabbit hole of the internet.

This being human thing – it’s not always easy, is it?

Okay, I remind myself. Time to remember all the tools you’ve learned. Get regular meditations back into the schedule. Get outside and talk to the trees. Use your essential oils to get back to sleep. Reclaiming The Wise Woman Elder

One of my speakers for the Reclaiming The Wise Woman Elder summit told me a wonderful story.

She has been studying shamanism and sitting in circles with women from many cultures and traditions for years.

Many women in these circles realized they had been dreaming of each other – and that we are all receiving and carrying the same visions.

We are all being called to work together. There is no more time to hold sacred traditions tightly. It is time to bring our spirituality into the world, and yes, even into politics.
