Humming For Health and Coherence
I asked my highest and deepest level guides and helpful ancestors – On this 3rd Full Moon of the new year and new decade of Creating Coherence, what message do you have for us today?
A particular guide came named E-Lin, who is an Andromedan, along with some other Andromedans, to tell us about humming.
They said humming is beneficial for all humans and trees and beings on Earth at this time.
Humming is another way to create energetic coherence in your human energy and physical systems. This humming is also helpful for moving energy and emotions. To increase flow of both.
It is also calming and relaxing. Stress releasing. Centering.
Read on below, or listen here. I recommended listening to hear an example of how to do this kind of humming.
Hum for yourself, most. You can also hum to the trees. They will appreciate this. Hum to come into resonance, into coherence, with the trees. In this way, you bring healing to the trees, and they will bring healing to you.
You can hum also to animals and hum with other humans to come into resonance and coherence with each other.
As you hum, you will come into the eye of the storms around you – the intensity of the shifts and changes occurring now. It is restful. It takes you out of the swirling intensity. Humming will bring you into your inner still point.
Tune or no tune – it does not matter.
{In other words, they’re saying we don’t have to hum a particular song or a particular tune.}
Feel the vibrations behind your eyes. In your forehead. Notice this. Humming is activating your 3rd eye center. Sending the sound out your nose makes this area vibrate more.
Play with humming. Play with different pitches (different frequencies). Notice how they feel. How you feel with them.
Try single notes. Moving from note to note. Sliding from note to note – you will find more frequencies this way.

Stop when you find a frequency that resonates strongly for you. Stay with it for a little while. Then play again to find another frequency.
Your affinity for certain frequencies will change from day to day, or even hour to hour. Trust yourself to feel and know which ones are right for you today.
Do not worry about trying to remember the frequencies you use today. Always play and feel into which frequencies you need each time anew.
You are scared about this new virus. This practice of humming your individual frequencies each day will be protective for you. The humming will stimulate your immune system, and the thymus gland under your sternum.
You can ask, as you begin, which frequencies are most healthy for me today? Then you will be guided to those.
Give yourself permission, and trust yourself with this. Do not second guess. When you find yourself stopping at a frequency, a note, it is the right one. Feel what happens as you hum this note. You can go to other notes, and come back to that one, so your voice doesn’t get tired. You come back to the feeling. Trust the feeling more than your ear, your hearing.
Some of you may have learned to use specific frequencies or notes to “tone.” This is not that. This is finding the frequencies that are individually appropriate for you, today.
Feel into, also, how long to hum – how many times a day to hum.
This is simple, yes? And fun. Make it fun! Enjoy this. Creating coherence and inner harmony with your own voice.
Ariana: The Voice Coach says be sure your tongue and throat are relaxed while you hum, or your voice will tire quickly. Use good posture, with your neck tall, but also relaxed. Your voice will vibrate your body more this way. Feel free to move your head and neck around in small movements to relax more. And don’t worry about volume. And yes, you can move your whole body while you’re humming if you want to.
