SoulCollage® is a magical process of accessing our own inner wisdom developed by Seena Frost, and used by many thousands of people around the world. It helps us discover and connect with our inner-guidance, our soul, our higher and deeper selves.
SoulCollage® is a multi-leveled, creative process that anyone can do. There’s no way to “do it wrong.”
Combining the ingredients of imagination and intuition with a few powerful, cut-out images, we make our own SoulCollage® cards. It’s fun. It’s creative. The resulting cards lead to surprising and delightful ways to help us explore our soul, our shadow, our in-born gifts – in short, our whole selves. The cards we create have deep personal meaning, and can help with all life’s questions and transitions. As we speak from our cards, we are able to access our authentic voices in a powerful new way.
Who is the workshop for?
- Anyone who loves images and symbols and is looking for an intuitive, fun and inspiring way to enhance personal growth, and nourish and express your soul.
- You would love to have an easy way to access your intuition and inner wisdom on an ongoing basis.
- You love oracle decks, and are excited by the idea of creating your own deck that is deeply personal to you and for you.
This is a comprehensive one-day introductory workshop – your first step into this powerful method to enhance your creativity and express the voice of your soul. We’ll learn to make cards, and how to consult our cards to access our intuition and inner wisdom, discover more about ourselves, and come into greater and greater wholeness. The cards have deep personal meaning, and can help with all life’s questions and transitions.
Magazines, cards and card-making supplies will be provided. You are welcome to bring any images that you have collected.

We will spend the morning learning the process, and the afternoon making cards. At the end of each workshop, we have a “gallery walk” to view the cards we’ve all made that day.
Here’s one of my cards, of my dear friend, accompanist and voice coach who has passed on. Through the card, I can still access his support and wisdom.
Those already familiar with SoulCollage® are welcome to come and enjoy reviewing the basic concepts and creating new cards.
You will be able to immediately apply what you learn during this creative day together at home.
